Building Swans
The Swan Chair (patent pending) is constructed from Baltic Birch plywood and selected hardwoods. The shop we work in has the production capability for the precision woodwork required to produce the high quality we demand for our chairs. These chairs are meant to be used daily, and so must be built to bear the weight of many different body sizes and proportions, as well as be moved around from car to setup positions, often several times a day. We use the finest materials and techniques to insure that our chairs hold up to this demanding use.
The Swan Chairs are built with strict attention to detail and with the finest craftmanship, informed by our own use and experience with the chairs. We build our chairs as if we were going to use them, so demand nothing but the best performance from them. The Swan design is complex, and their construction is time-consuming and cannot be rushed. The end result is a durable, strong, solid and highly adjustable massage chair that is proven by experience to do its job well.
We're proud of our product and think that the effort we put into their design and production is worth it, and that they provide great value for the price we ask for our Swan chairs.
